Looking for the best diet to help lose weight has sometimes been difficult for me. Half of my problem has been that I love to eat and I love to eat all the wrong things like candy bars and drink fattening milk shakes. Thus putting on loads of weight. Well, how excited do you think I became when I heard of the Revival Diet Plan?
This was a diet that included eating yummy bars and drinking great tasting shakes. I must admit I was put off with the thought of soy. I never really liked the taste but once I had tried the many different flavored Revival soy bars I was hooked. They taste delicious! My favorite is the chocolate temptation.
Of course I also love the shakes and these really fill me up so there is no feeling of hunger at the wrong times. I have been following the Revival Diet Plan to my best ability by having only 2 bars or shakes a day along with plenty of vegetables and fruit, a small serving of a low calorie meal and drinking lots of water.
I am not an exercise person so I have been walking the dog every night for about half and hour at a brisk pace and I must say that my dog also is losing some weight and is much happier too. This form of exercise is great as you don’t really feel as though you are exercising and you would be surprised with how social it can be.
The fact that I am feeling better, losing weight steadily and still being able to enjoy food that feels like naughty food makes me a much happier person.
